Evolution Fundraising
Evolution Group Fund-Raising: Group events will include all skaters and families of Evolution. The profit from these events will go toward the betterment of the overall program.
We strongly encourage each skater family to participate and support these events. We cannot do it alone and the success of each of these events depends on you.
Team Fund-Raising: Each team will have a specific fund raising goal for their team this year. This will be determined by the team manager and the fund-raising manager. The profit from these activities will benefit your team as a whole. Each family must do their part to reach the team goal. If you do not wish to participate in any of the team fund-raising events, you will be required to make a cash contribution to the team. In the past, these events have included garage sale, car washes, Yankee Candle sale, coin drives & bottle returns and many other creative ways to earn money.
Individual Fundraising Opportunities
We offer several different ways to earn money towards your personal skating bill. The following page details the methods we offer.
For all individual accounts you will receive a voucher that can be used the same as cash in payment of your bill. You simply need to turn it into the office with your payment to receive credit.
Kroger - Register your Kroger Plus card and you will get 5% credit for all your purchases. You can also share this with friends and family and receive 5% back from their Krogering! Directions for registering your Kroger Plus card can be found here.
Hiller’s Market - This program continues to use Hiller’s gift cards. This program also gives 5% back. You can give these gift cards to friends and family to use to help support your skater!
Scrip - We have also had a lot of success with the Scrip program, especially around the holidays. The Scrip Order Form that lists all programs available and the percentage of return for each individual card can be found here. These orders will be picked up by your team fund-raising manager or put in the office at DSC. You can also shop on line at shopwithscrip.com.
You must first register on line using our registration number AD2EA2C82212. This program has an approximate turn around of 2 weeks. This program goes toward your synchronized bill and you will receive a monthly voucher.
Poinsettia Sale - In November, we sell Poinsettia. You will earn a percentage back towards your skater’s bill.
Palace, Ford Field, Comerica
Park & DTE Music Theater - This is a great way to earn money towards your
account. Voucher will compensate work at any of these venues. There are many
dates/opportunities to work and it’s a great way to meet other Evolution
parents.
