Novice: 12-20 skaters, must be under skaters must be under 16 years of age, with the exception of four skaters who maybe 16 or 17, and have passed a Juvenile moves test.
* Can Carry 4 Alternates

Junior: 16 skaters, skaters must be at least 12 years of age and all under the age of 19 years of age as of july 1 2010. skaters must have passed a Novice Moves in the field test.
* Can carry 4 alternates

Senior: 16 skaters. skaters must be 14 years of age. Skaters must have passed a Junior Moves in the field test.
* Can carry 4 alternates

Monday 4/26 : freestyle elements

You will be asked to perform:

-Spins: Change ft spin, Back Spin, Sit spin, Camel Spin, Combination Spin(change of foot & at least 2 changes of positions), Flying Camel

-Spirals: Change of Edge Spiral ( Both Directions), 135% , Bielman Spiral ( forward and backward)

-Ina Bowers (Both Directions)

-Spread Eagles (Both Directions)

-Jumps: Split Jump & Stag Jump

Thursday 4/29: Stroking, edge work, turns, step sequences

You will be asked to Perform:

-Stroking: Forward & Backward Perimeter Stroking

-Cross rolls: Forward & Backward

-Double 3 Exercise (Backward outside and inside)

-Bracket Exercise

-Rocker/Counter Exercise

-Counter/Rocker Exercise

-Twizzles: Forward & Backward Single & Double both directions

-Loops: Backward inside loops Both Directions

-Power circles from Jr. Moves Test ( Forward & Backward)

-Choctaw element from Jr. Moves Test

-Back rocker-choctaw element from Novice Moves Test

-1 Step sequence from level 4 ... Your choice. You will be judge on edge quality and correct use of turns.
